Orange Beach sits right on the white-sand beaches that the Gulf Coast is known for. Gulf Shores is just to the west and Perdido Key, Florida is to the east. The past few years have brought tremendous growth in Orange Beach, both as a tourist destination and a residential area. Gulf-front condos and condos with boat slips in Orange Beach continue to raise the bar when it comes to luxury and amenities, attracting repeat visitors year after year and making this a great area to consider purchasing an investment property in. The Ono Island community is one of the most popular exclusive communities in Baldwin County, when it comes to residential subdivisions. Aside from this area, there are a number of other waterfront subdivisions throughout the city. The Gulf of Mexico is internationally known as one of the best fishing areas in the world, so you know the seafood here is amazing! Among the numerous restaurants in the area, it’s the Flora-Bama Lounge & Oyster Bar that is the most popular. This roadhouse offers live music every night and hosts annual events, the most popular of which is the Mullet Toss.
Orange Beach is any water-lover’s dream! You have the emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico close by, of course, but you also have the Old River, Perdido Pass, Bayou St. John and much more offering plenty of different areas to sail around with when you’re fishing or just enjoying the sights. Boating around Robinson and Bird Islands with a cold drink is a favorite pastime of both locals and visitors here. Many of the condominiums and water-front homes in this area have boat slips available for residents and guests, including those on Ono Island.
Windward Pointe is one of the more popular condos in the area. The central location, great Gulf-front views, spacious units, and amenity package draw in both first-time visitors and those who have been coming to Orange Beach for years. Some of Orange Beach’s similar condos include Tidewater, White Caps, Bluewater, and Pelican Pointe (which are also in the same area).
